Vicki Flaugher

 

Vicki Flaugher is CEO of Smartwoman Enterprises, a marketing consultancy which specializes in crafting effective & profitable online personas.  Flaugher focuses on using social media, leveraged content marketing, and strategic partnerships to establish her clients online as an expert in their niche. She has been recognized in Forbes as one of 30 Women Entrepreneurs to Follow on Twitter, WE Magazine’s Bloggers to Watch, guest featured on Blognosh.com, Divapreneurs Magazine, and CommPRO.biz. She has spoken at numerous conferences throughout the United States on SEO, Social Media, and creating strategic alliances.

Jan Goss

 

Jan Goss is one of those people you do not soon forget. She is a woman on a mission. Jan has dedicated her life to helping others succeed. Passionate about producing positive change and leaving a legacy, she has written several programs to help others live life to the fullest in their personal and professional lives. Tireless in pursuing avenues to communicate, she is also an accomplished singer/songwriter and motivational speaker. Jan is a published author of two books, She Scriptures™, released in fall 2008 and her second book, Protocol Power, 21 Days to ProfessionalPolish released in July 2010. She is a featured columnist and expert in numerous publications and is highly regarded for her Business Etiquette expertise. Jan also blazed a trail as a consultant in the luxury real estate community in Austin, Texas for 13 years.

Born in Munich Germany, Jan was the daughter of a military officer. She and her four siblings traveled extensively in her early life (21 moves in 18 years!). As a result, a passion for people of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds was born.

Jan’s down to earth, charismatic and vivacious presence has created a loyal following. Thousands of success stories have emerged and she now creates raving fans wherever she goes.  Her specialty is connecting the dots between how we treat others and the way that directly affects our financial bottom line and the health of our companies. Jan Goss is CEO and Founder of the Austin School of Protocol, LLC a leader in Etiquette and Protocol services. She is a graduate of the Washington School of Protocol in Washington, D.C. and studied International Business at American Intercontinental University. 


Julie Hutchinson

 

As a principal of Conscious Performance (cperform.com), Julie brings over 25 years of corporate experience, a wide variety of successful athletic accomplishments and a passion for health, fitness and human development.

Her outgoing leadership played a significant role in the start up of a successful advertising company, Somnio, Inc., where she was selected as one of only three vendors to supply IBM globally with multimedia advertising.  She credits much her success to the application and skill acquired through Conscious Language. Prior to Somnio, Julie worked with technology and consulting companies mastering skills in several levels of business from human resources, leading mergers and acquisitions and marketing new concepts.

Julie graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management. She is certified in Mastery Systems’ Language of Mastery™ and Outcome Facilitation and is also a certified Heartmath facilitator.  In addition, she is a certified yoga instructor.


Ginny Murphy

 

Ginny Murphy is the founder and President of Advantage Graphics, an Austin-based, full-service design firm. Her newest launch of a branding development firm, Rapport Branding LLC, focuses on strategic brand develop and targeted to the green, renewable and clean tech industries.

With an expertise in identity and branding, Ginny works with clients to define what differentiates them and assists in implementing programs that increase brand awareness and create brand loyalty. She has over twenty-five years experience in Communications including public, employee, community and investor relations, garnering numerous awards and recognitions.

Murphy’s experience includes Corporate Communications Manager at Entex  where she implemented media, investor and public relations, community affairs and employee communications projects. Prior to founding Advantage Graphics, Ginny worked with West Coast agencies, including Burridge & Doty and Stephen Pinsker & Associates of Santa Barbara and J.T. International of Los Angeles.

A New York native, she is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.


Wendy Nolin

 

Wendy Nolin, Vice President & General Manager of The Ginac Group, has nearly two decades of career development and management experience working with startups going to market, and leading international organizations to record-breaking profitability.  Her passion has been and continues to be aligning her clients’ values with their career choices and helping them achieve their purpose at work. 

Nolin earned her PCM (Professional in Career Management) certification, from the National Society of Career Management in 2008.  She ran her own private career coaching firm for a year before joining The Ginac Group in 2009 as Vice President and General Manager.  


Dr. Marcia Reynolds

 

Dr. Marcia Reynolds has a passion for discovering and sharing how the brain works, especially the brains of high-achievers. She speaks globally on leadership topics and coaches top talent employees in making big decisions and building important relationships. In addition to Wander Woman: How High-Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction, she authored Outsmart Your Brain and has been quoted in many publications including Psychology Today, Harvard Communications Newsletter, and The New York Times. She has a doctorate in organizational psychology and is a Master Certified Coach.


Deb Robison

 

Deb Robison is a communications strategist who works with companies to develop effective integrated communication plans. With over 15 years of experience, Robison has worked in international trade, emerging media, public policy and non-profit fields.

As a consultant for the past three years she has pursued her passion of bridging the gap in marketing, PR & internal and external communications. She currently serves as the Causes Chair for Social Media Club Austin. She is an avid runner and is currently training for the Austin American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb. Robison is a graduate of Colorado College and Hiroshima University.


Barbara Taylor

 

As a momentum coach with her company, Inspired Momentum, Barbara shares her understanding of theinfluence of language, imagination, facilitation, and body language on activating and enjoying our dreams—now.  

In providing coaching for more than 17 years, Barbara facilitates her clients in transforming their lives and attaining their desired outcomes quickly.  She has trained with Paradigm Technologies, Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center and Mastery Systems.  She is certified in Mastery Systems’ Language of Mastery™ , Outcome Facilitation, Sacred Body Translations Facilitation, Bio-Optic Holography™ (Holistic Eye Readings), Idenics and Kundalini Yoga. 

Barbara experienced her own personal miracle change in her life and marriage through her use of Conscious Language™ and was so transformed that she had dedicated her talent and experience to master personal holistic transformation. She holds a BS in Education and a JD from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, specializing in real estate.  She has spent most of her career in financial planning, real estate and construction.  


Meg Wilson

 

Meg Wilson has been teaching the Executive M.S. in Technology Commercialization (MSTC), University of Texas, Austin, since its inception in 1996 and has won 3 awards on curriculum contributions. (the program was in IC2 from ’96 until the fall of 2010 when it was moved to the McCombs School of Business). While teaching, Meg served on NSF’s SBIR Advisory Board for 10 years (’98-‘08) and still reviews NSF SBIR Grants. She also works on special project for UT and the community (e.g. Certificate teaching at NOV; Motorola Mentoring on Licensing; Armenia, Mexico and Poland Projects; was Interim Executive Director of the Austin Software Council; was External Affairs Director for UT’s Texas Telecommunications Policy Institute; helped write the Governor’s Science and Biotechnology Council Final Report in 2003 and more recently advised Governor Perry’s office on University Commercialization issues).  Since 2008, Wilson has also taught for IC2’s  MSTC program in Monterrey Mexico.

Wilson worked at MCC for 7 years, finishing up as Vice President for Business Development. She worked as Coordinator of the Center for Technology Development and Transfer, College of Engineering at UT Austin, commercializing university research for 3 years; worked in the Governor's Office for 7 years, most notably as Governor White's Science and Technology Coordinator, and as a manager for Governor Clements' Texas 2000 Long Range Planning Project.  She started her career at the Texas General Land Office handling Coastal Environmental Management policy efforts. Wilson graduated from the LBJ School of Public Affairs in 1976 with a Masters in Public Affairs and from Ithaca College in 1974 with a BA in Politics.

 

Wilson is an affiliate of the Camino Real Export Council; on the Advisory Board for Girlstart; Past President of the Technology Transfer Society and is on the Austin Chamber of Commerce Federal Policy Committee. She is a member of the Advisory Board to the Association of Women in Technology of Austin.  She is also active in local, state, national and international weaving and fiber arts organizations including being Conference Chair of the Complex Weavers 2010 Seminars.
